We prepped all of these paper plates for our Cubbies leaders. Here is what it looks like after all the cuts have been made. You will need to open up the paper plate to make the final two cuts. Cut it up to the ruffle edge of the plate. Most of the cuts you can do while the paper plate is folded. I did it on mine as a helpful visual for you to see where you cut. There is absolutely no need to draw a dotted line on your paper plate. You want to use just a flimsy paper plate.
